Exploring the path of constructing career planning system for college students of construction under 1+X certificate system

In the National Vocational Education Reform Program, pilot project of "academic certificate + several vocational skills certificates" (1+X for short) system is proposed, in which certificates reflect comprehensive quality required individual career development. Therefore, based on demand construction industry highly skilled talents with skill level certificates, current situation planning senior students, analysis main problems and courses, a personalized targeted students combined "1+X" The purpose this paper to analyze build combining so that can realize their personal value.
